The 2nd Twitcraft Pig Race!

So it has come to my attention that horses will be introduced, well as a warm up to the lovely notion of racing them, let's do another pig race!

The Rules:

Date: Saturday May 25, 2013

Time: 7pm EST

Location: Goobghanistan Speedway and the final race will be at the Halo Track

Entry fee will be 50c, profits will be split between DoT and T.R.A.C.K. (Twitcraft Racing Association for Cool Kids)

3 Prizes will be awarded; 1st will be 50% of the entrance fees, 2nd will be 25% and 3rd will be 10%.

Qualifying races will be held and we will follow a bracket system to get to the final four!

Gambling: Yes of Course! (more details TBA)

would it be possible to set up 3 chests for people to donate stuff to the winners like the sandy blocks tournament?

if there is enough people to go through the effort of setting up donations?

Hey all I got all prepped for the night, but I just realized that this night isn't the best time due to two things, The Town hall is late tonight and that just might be too much time on MC for some people, and it's memorial day weekend and most people will be out at bbqs and such all night! so we shall post pone it next friday the 31st of may. Sorry for the late announcement I just think it will be a bigger turnout and much more fun! also if anyone has any other suggestions feel free to post it!

It's ok - Turnout was low anyway. I had to go to bed early so I could meet up with family and ride all the way to Georgia to see some distant relatives I was guilted into seeing and blah blah blah... Yay cellular Internet.

So seeing as the schedule is for tommorow... What time do people want to do it? leave it at the 7pm EDT? or change it to a later time? earlier? /me waits on the opinons of those west coasters.

Tomorrow might be short notice. That said, I think a good time for most of us on a non-holiday weekday would probably be 7pm EDT/EST/PosterTime/Whatever you want to call it. It's 1am-ish for the Brits, 4pm for the California Commies, and 7pm for the Patriotic Amerrricans like me. :salutes:

At 4PM Pacific Time tomorrow, I'll still be at work. 7PM Pacific Time works better for me but I would completely understand if the currently scheduled time remains unchanged.

Well I'm thinking of doing 9pm EDT so that's 6 Pacific, 7 mountain, and 8 central, the rest of ya have to figure it out for yourself. So 9pm at the Goobghanistani Speedway then move on to the Halo Track! Also both of them will have nether road portals, See/take out your anger on Dragon's hide if they aren't up .

After saying some very un-ladylike things, I finished the Goobhaniwhatsit speedway road. You now have a method of transportation.

Also because I forgot, To get to the raceways via nether road you must go down the western nether road, and there will be signs directing where to turn (also it's the first left)

Goobler, how about 4th of July or Saturday July 6th? I've been wanting to hold an event at the horsetrack Geo and I built. Maybe it can be used as a sort of pig race speedway? Also, there is a grass growing arena on site that we can use to have a grass growing tournament afterwards.
