Re: Villages
yes ... sort of. I believe that all naturally occuring villages, at this point, have either been taken over and modified by players or been wiped out by zombie raids or evil players. There have been several artificial new "villages" created too. Each Iron Golem farm on the map is also actually comprised of 1-6 "villages". If you need villager trading, people are often protective of their villagers with good reason but there are several options. Im pretty sure sandale has a village and the airfield has one too. SGS maintains a couple around the map and I also have a few. What are you looking for specifically?

Re: Villages
If you just want some basic trading (getting emeralds, diamond armor and some halfway decent enchantments), going to a public villager trading area would probably be best. If you stop by Hyrule for any reason, look for the big floating cloud thingy. It's a big villager trading area that's open to the public. Some of the villagers are blocked off, but the rest are free to trade with.
If you're wanting villagers of your own, it would be best to do one of two things:
1. Wait until the minecart mob bug is fixed,
2. Cure two zombies and start your own village.
Just from the bug alone, borrowing/buying villagers from others and trying to move them would be... bad.
