Community City

I suggest that we as a community build an island city in the ocean to the northeast of spawn. It would be absolutely fantastic if I could get the support of people like iPod, asim0v, and OMGcraft.
It would have a pair of large islands, one with a beach, boat dock, large build your own home plots, and a pair of large apartment buildings. The second would have a large commercial district where you can build your own store, and a mall where you can rent a pre-built store. They would be connected by a suspension bridge.

The house plots would be free so long as they are maintained, and the apartments have a small rent.
