deserted Rail lines

With the new Plans between Dot and Chad, to build a new station opposite Chad's Store, with lines out of Leoville to the New Dot hub (under construction) TimberWolfs's Sky-rail and Station next to the Brick-house
The Following rail line are going to be classes deserted and removed:
Cross Country (TwitStation and Robrotheram Castle)
Harbour Line
Will allow expansion to add some Express non stop lines to certain Prim Destinations from the hubs
If these lines get deleted will anyone be annoyed?
