I Cannot Escape Resource World

Hello, everybody. I seem to be in a bad situation. I went to the resource world to mine and was instantly killed by a zombie. Every time I respawn, I die instantly, and I cannot escape, nor get it to despawn. Is there anyway I can get out of this? Any help is appreciated.

did you set your /home i would try that and it is quiet there now. so you should be able to escape

Thanks so much gregor. Yes, I had a home set, but the moment I would respawn it killed me again. Thanks a lot!
