Desert Pine Mall
How to get there from spawn:
Head on to Sky5 Highway. It's just on the way to Sky5. You can't miss it!
For Guests:
*Rules for Guests*
1. **Obey Server Rules**
2. Respect other shoppers
3. Don't play in the pond
4. No Stealing
5. No griefing
Other things for guests:
Have a problem with a shop talk to the shop owner not glockneer.
This also goes the same with returning items!
For Tenants/Future Tenants:
*Rules for Tenants*
1. **Obey Server Rules**
2. Do not break down walls. (you can build over them)
3. Do not break through floors.
4. Do not build out side your retail space. (ex. basements)
5. Pay your rent on time! (For billing info please see below)
6. Return blocks that were part of the original space. (There is a DonateHand sign by the mall office)
7. Respect other tenants.
Break any of the rules and your shop can be closed on short notice.
What you can do:
-You can add walls in your existing retail space (ex. store room).
-Add lights in to the ceiling.
-Change flooring
Renting Info:
1. Find glockneer or thesillychicken
2. Find the retail space you want
3. Look at pricing options
4. Then you will be asked to read the rules
5. Claim it with a provided sign
How the sign should look
-Retail name
-Shop owner
Rent pricing:
Shop Rental Price ---------- Mall up keep fee*
Small Shop $10 ------------- $5
Medium Shop $20 ----------- $10
Large Shop $50 -------------$25
1 Floor Anchor $250 -------- $100
Coming in the future:
2 Floor Anchor $350 --------$200
3 Floor Anchor $450 ---------$300
*Mall up keep fee is only applied if you have payed in advance
Desert Pine Mall Billing:
Here is information regarding how billing works for rent.
The system we use is called DPM Billing. How it works is you will check the Google Doc spreadsheet to see if you have payed or if you owe.
Use command /money pay person amount to pay for rent. Please pay to the user you are assigned to.
Refund Policy:
Refunds we want to keep simple. If you have rented a shop and you want to leave please notify glockneer or thesillychicken if it has been less then 48 hours from the last billing date you will get refund this goes the same when you first rent a shop.

Moving Out:
See Refund Policy for refunds. When you move out please tell glockneer or thesillychicken from the time you tell them you have 48 hours to remove everything from your shop. The shop must look like it did when you rented it. We will give you the supplies need to get it back to it's original condition.
Overdue Rent:
If you have not payed your rent after 2 days of the bill date your shop will be closed you then have 5 days to pay the rent. If you do not it with in the 5 days your shop will be taken down.
