If that is the intention, I'd think it's a lame idea. Please don't treat TWiTCraft like Second Life. Subjectively, land should only be claimed to reserve for a future build or for other players (perhaps to keep an area high-quality). Land should not be indiscriminately claimed for the sole purpose of selling on later, unless it is organized into lots for a clearly marked and built up community area (such as, for example, Chadville).

diego i think you are missing the point of chadville. it is supposed to be like sky 5 in that the plots are free to anyone not buy from a person. now if someone sells you there plot that is different. or if you built the structure then of course you can sell the land. chadville will be free to whoever wants to build
