Quantities updated. Basically, I need: Quartz (Blocks and Pillars), Lapis Blocks, Smooth Sandstone, Glowstone, and Redstone Lamps or Redstone to make my own lamps.

Thanks to everyone who has helped clear the dry dock so far! We're nearing completion of the dry dock!

Another Quantity Update. Still need Quartz Blocks and Pillars, Lapis Blocks, Smooth Sandstone, and Glowstone. We now have all of the Redstone/Redstone Lamps we need to complete the project.

The dry dock is done!! I have begun working with Opusnut to rebuild the former design. Things will be tweaked afterwards, of course, but I'm going to try to get the original design back up as soon as possible. For now, we desperately need Lapis Lazuli Blocks. They are hard to come by especially with the 1.8 update coming (Lapis will be required for enchanting items), I know, but any you can spare would be appreciated! We also need more Glowstone Blocks and Quartz Blocks. I've been converting Quartz donations into Quartz Pillars myself, but if you have some stacks of Quartz Pillars lying around, I'll gladly take what you're willing to donate! Thanks again, everyone who has contributed time and resources!

Just a quick build update: Opus and I are close to having completely rebuilt up to the point we were at on the old map (the entire build was about 98% complete on the old map). Once we are at that point, Opus and I will begin working on the paths that the combatants will take to enter the event floor, complete the entryways for the fireworks launch platform underground and the Aquadome itself, and establish the head museum area. After that, we will officially announce the grand opening. Keep your eyes on this thread/my signature for more information soon!

After the grand opening, I plan to work on a few other smaller projects related to the Aquadome. We might add a small public horse stable for temporary visitor horse storage (the glass tunnel I've started is horse-friendly). I would also like to set up one or more stalls to sell jerseys (stained + named leather chest plates/shirts) and potentially other items. The gambling area will of course be located somewhere in the arena and I would also like to go back and create a few planters for small tree/shrub displays. We will also need to add more lighting in some areas to improve visibility.

In other words, even once it's open you're still going to want to come back and see what we're working on.
