Disrespect and destruction of property, 7 days. I know the ban may seem a bit harsh for not replanting but he was asked multiple times by multiple people and he refused to respond, he just threw seeds on the ground. My interpretation of that was, "Replant it yourself".

If you come back and continue with this behavior I feel a perm ban should be applied.
