Horse Theft, I didn't witness it but he was the last person to use the gate the horse was kept in and I found the horse in a hole dug by JoeyT17 around the same time the horse went missing.

Locked a lot of doors in West Leoville to homes that didn't belong to him. Took time to unlock them all, if you continue to break rules you will be perma banned. 2 Weeks.
