Stealing horses. I witnessed both etonviper and Squirrelshot steal horses from Sandale.

Also banned were kapoi and mr528, prism showed them at the scene at the same time the horses were stolen and were seen riding with etonviper and squirrelshot afterwards.

Total opinion here, don't take it for a grain of salt if you don't want to:
I think 2 days for any horse-related griefing is too lenient. Horses are like villagers. It is next to impossible to get the exact same horse back. Even with a rollback, the player that had his horses killed is pretty much out of luck. (I'm assuming that horses behave the same way as villagers when going through a prism rollback)
Again, just my two cents.

Agree with Dragon. Horse thieves were hung in the Old West. We should ban horse thieves for at least a week imho.

After the 1.6 update there was a brief discussion between some of the mods on what the standard ban should be for this type of offense, we agreed 2 days would suffice.

If there were additional offenses like property destruction or breaking and entering then I would agree that a week ban would be warranted.

Regardless, I'll bring up the subject in mod chat tomorrow to get the full groups opinion.

While we're on the subject, I seem to remember saying something about how horses were going to be a problem due to the actions of certain player populations on this and every public server but for some reason my memory is failing me. Maybe vantes could remind me?
