Griefed rail lines by making the loop right back on each themselves. I was only able to locate this one instance, but the block summary shows they messed with rails quite a bit. Due to the significant amount of rail out there, I felt a full rollback of their rail activity was prudent rather than taking it all at a case-by-case basis.

You know what? I'm upping this to a permanent ban. You did nothing but sabotage the rail system in a deliberate, methodical manner. I'm still cleaning up this mess.
