I would agree that at this point a permaban is not in order, though I see no reason to lift her temp ban at this time. Also, I think it's safe to assume that the orange text was a message from a race of Eastern Jovians, alerting us of a coming war. The information must have been automatically detected and censored by Leon's ISP, a right given to them under the GTFO Act of 1997.
