Breaking the following rules:

2. Be respectful towards other players, Mods, and the server as a whole. Do not talk politics, religion or sexuality.

3. Respect other player’s hard work. It's a bannable offence to destroy or otherwise edit anything that doesn’t belong to you, regardless of intent, unless you have permission from the original builder.

7. Respect the building areas in Survival (known as “The Wilderness”) and Flatland. Don't make 1 block towers and dirt houses on unprotected areas.

Rule 2: Kicking me was rude. You could have PM'ed me and more nicely demanded I stop or even said that u understood why I was mad at your decision. Your choice was to kick first. When I didn't obey you (which, btw, I wish was "respect" cause then my GF would do what I want a lot more , you banned me. Fine, but I never spoke to you with disrespect. Frustration, yes. To obey you if i disagree with you is not a matter of respect. You aren't a feudal lord to be obeyed without question. Respect is communication that goes BOTH ways.

Twice we told you to stop, you know after the 3rd one is a ban, no questions asked It has always been that way. It wasn't even a permanent ban! it was ONE day,but you had to keep going. Even a 9 year old who plays on the server took his 1 day ban like a champ.
You disrespected everyone in the server by blocking the portal, not just me or the mods. You should have waited.

Rule 3: As far as I was educated on the resource world's rules (or lack thereof), I destroyed no blocks, and the portal as far as I know, is not a "build" but a cut and pasted naturally occurring object. Had this been in the survival world, my response would have been very different. The rules, as I understood them, were different between the two and as it resets in a week I still don't completely understand how the same level of enforcement can apply to both but, again, I understand that I was misinformed and it wont happen again.

Rule 7: Punishing me for something I was about to do? Twitcraft is definitely does not have the USA's judicial system! As far as I can read, this is a rule that has no application in the resource world: "Respect the building areas in Survival (known as “The Wilderness”) and Flatland" Again, please make a rules list for the resource world. Please convene and give us clarity.

You weren't about to do it, you did it Twice. One with obsidian and other with dirt all protected which we had to for 1 by 1 unprotecting. The Judicial System is the mods. Just like in #TWiTlive, for example, the mods decide if they keep you in the chat or not depending on what you do.
Resource world is part of the Survival world which means all same rules apply. The rules where changed 2 days ago. Please read them.

Lastly: You called me a cheater. I have said COUNTLESS time that i don't play survival. The stronghold was OUTSIDE the 1000x1000 area and people wanted the end. Just because you weren't there that means i have to wait for you? Oh please, The world resets every week, couldn't you have waited?
I'm pretty open about the whole WorldEdit and the use of creative but ONLY on Leoville and with modreqs which all mods use most of the times.

You're mad because you weren't the first one to enter the world and decided to call everyone else a cheater. Another violation of rule #2.

The only person making a big deal about this here is you. You could have taken the 1 day ban and we could have forgotten about it. I though you account got broken into and that it was some other person playing, but I guess that was not the case.

Sorry Leon, but I'm not going to let you do this. Timber has been a dedicated member of the server since it's inception, and banning him won't do anything for the betterment of the server or the community.

Timber, you over-reacted. Leon, you over-reacted. Everybody calm the hell down.

I'm going to set this ban to 12 hours from the time of this post. Timber, I really like having you around, and hope you continue to play with us.
