Bats a couple of things. first how do we know that you wont just do this again? speaking as someone who you lied to and all that i dont know if you would just come on and be a good little boy or you could come back on and start xraying again but more carefully. second the lying to blacky boss and myself (3 people that you know IRL) all i have to ask is WHY?!? when i talked to blacky and boss they both said how you didnt even know how to install mods. ultimately this is a Moderator decision but i will suggest this if they feel your apology is good enough you have to realize that you will basically be under the watchful eyes of the Mods, maybe even more so than us good kids/ Geezers. its not a matter of no one wanting you back on the server. its a matter of you breaking the rules and breaking peoples trust.

As I said in my appeal Greg. I didn't want to admit to myself that I xrayed so In turn I didn't want you three to know that I xrayed so I lied to you. And I feel HORRIBLE for lying to you. But as you said how do you know that I wont just break the rules again. Well you can't, but I really want to start out new and follow the rules. I realize that IF I get let back on I will be under the watchfully eye of everyone. And I agree that this should be done. I realize that I have broken many people's trust on this server and you have every right to have no respect for me. Right now I feel as If I shouldn't be let back on but at the same time I would like a second chance to start out fresh. But as I've said before, I realize if you and the rest of twit doesnt want me back. -Bats

Over the past week I've had plenty of time to think. First off vantes I would like to apologize to you for lying to you multipale times, in short I did x-ray. I guess I just didn't want to admit to myself that I xrayed.......(if that makes sense) I would also like to apologize to the twitcraft community for selling diamonds that where wrongly obtained. I know I cant ask for much but I would like to ask for a second chance. I realize this is asking a lot after I lied to vantes and the twitcraft community. I would be willing to start from scratch again and have all my money taken away. I understand if twitcraft doesn't want me back. sincerely -Bats

Batstarwars1, the moderator team has decided to reduce your ban from permanent to one month. Xraying is a serious violation, it gives an unfair advantage and undermines the server economy.

As part of your ban reduction, you agree to the following terms:

Your diamonds, diamond armor/tools and all but 300 of your coins will be confiscated.

You agree to build a business giraffe eating ramen, screen capture it and post it in this thread.

You agree that your shop, or shops that you are affiliated with, sell diamonds at the market price and will refrain from undercutting any other shops that adhere to the market price.

If you have any questions or aren't able or willing to agree to these terms please contact a moderator.

Thank you so much! I agree to everything that I have been asked to do. Once again I would like to appoligize for everything I did it was a stupid and wrongfully decision. Once my ban is lifted I want to focus more on giving back to the community and less of making it be all about me. Once again I thank Vantes and the rest of the mods.
