I know this guy.(outside of Minecraft) He does stuff like this but he is kind of a jerk so he should be banned for more that 3 days

I can only ban for the rules violated within the game or its ancillary services (forums, chat room, mumble, etc.). If they break the rules again or more damage is found, the ban length will increase. That's how it works for everyone.
