Disrespect. This player logged in using minechat, I immediately private messaged him to inform him that we discourage the use of minechat on TWiTCraft.

I explained that it took server resources to load chunks the player's avatar is in and we want to focus those resources on players that are actively playing the game. I informed him that we had IRC available if he needed to speak with other players in game and that when first logging in with minechat a text notification is posted in global chat stating that they had logged in using minechat and this was technically advertising.

TrueDoodleBug continued to argue and finally requested that I "shut up". TrueDoodleBug, we have a low tolerance for disrespectful behavior on TWiTCraft, if it continues you will earn a permanent ban.

This player came back from their ban and continued to argue about mine chat, I informed them that it used server resources to render the chunks the player's avatar is standing in and we want those resources devoted to players that are actively playing on the server.

His response was, "whatever". We have a rule about disrespect, TrueDoodleBug, every time I bring up mine chat with you my suggestions are met with contempt and disregard.

You will be welcomed back to the server as soon as you can engage in polite conversation. Perm.
