Quick Guide for new users.

Just a quick guide for new users to TWiTCraft who want to take advantage of the new plots available in Chadville.
1. Any lot with no name on the sign and no materials placed on the plot (excludes torches) are OPEN to claim. Just put you name on a sign next to the sign with the lot name to claim that land. (IMPORTANT: Don't tamper with the sign that has the lot name)
2. The stone foundation on the lot MUST STAY! You can remove the grass and place your own floor.
4. Roofs/Balconies can extend 1 block over stone foundation. Nothing else can
5. Your building cannot extend over 30 blocks.
6. Basements/secret rooms/whatever cannot go deeper than Y=39.
7. NO horses at your lot. Use the stables
8. DO NOT SELL YOUR HOUSE
9. No shops, a commercial area is coming soon and I will post rules for that soon.
10. Claimed lots with no building activity within 1 week will be unclaimed. You have a total of 1 month of building time unless gregor1942 has been contacted.
11. Animals are free for food or wool, PLEASE BREED FIRST!
12. Don't grief, you will lose your lot and might be banned.

I know its just the rules from the wall but many players i know didn't even know that those rules where there. So i through it was good to post them in the forum.

also some additional suggestions lock your stuff with the /lock command, (/lock then punch the thing you want to lock) doors, chests, furnaces, brew stands, signs, trap doors all can be locked. and if you want your friends to have access to the thing you locked just use the /cmodify command (/cmodify [friends name] then punch thing you want them to access).

All this should help you out in not getting griefed

Yes very true. Also the command //wand allows you to region protect areas. Please only use this for your house or builds you own.
