Price of Mincarts

At the moment the price of the minecart is 10 coins well above the 6 wroth of iron they have. This is not a problem itself but I have noticed for a few months that people have been gaming the system with selling iron via a minecart to these signs. My first thought was that it was from the iBuy sign from spawn station that would produce an unlimited number of carts but that is now gone it must be from other players making them from scratch. It is a problem because all the sell signs are unusable due to the chest being full. My solution is to lower the sell price to 5 coins

Is it only the sell price that is dropping or are you dropping the buy price as well?

At the moment I don't know, definitively the sell price , the buy price I need to discuss with timber wolf Asimov and anyone else who sells them since it will acquire a mass cooperation to get all the signs changed I will try and discuss this at the Town hall

We should just make this a unified price at $5. Discussing this at the town hall and making the changes right after would be the best way IMO. I have 1 chest that is full from people doing exactly what rob speaks of.

Has anything further happened with this? With carts being found in mine shafts now I cant keep sell chests empty. I'd say $1 [buy] and [sell] signs would work nicely. If anyone needs some carts for their rail line I have plenty now to share

I would very much like to change my own signs and since all chests seem to be full pretty much all the time anyway I'm not sure it would actually cause a problem anymore, but I wont without checking in with Rob and Timber. Does anyone else have a major rail line I'm forgetting?

So what do you say, what price, and can we actually make it happen?
