The Mirage Mall Rules and Regulations

1. Picking Your Location

When picking a location look for a shop that has an Open Message Ex "Shop Status: OPEN | RENTAL | PRICE". If this shop is not claimed private message thesillychicken or send him a in game mail message telling him what shop you want.


2. Moving In
When you move in your shop will have it's own region. TSC will add you to this region so you can start on your shop.

Storage

No chests on site what so ever! (Ender Chests will be provided at the mall)
All storage must be offsite (ie at your house. Please see map for details) which is highly recommended as we do not provide storage a area.



Rental Shops

A1,B1: $350 per month
A2-3,B2-3: $150 per month
A4,B4,D1,C1: $250 per month

Paying
A signshop system is being setup for the rental system. More info to come.

Free Shops

You must put yourself on the waiting list to get a free shop.
D2-4 and C2-4 are free shops

3. Moving Out
When moving out of a shop we ask that you restore the shop to it’s original condition.
Easy steps to remembering to restoring your shop:
Unlock - Unlock chests, doors and signs
Delete - Remove anything you have added to the shop
Light - Light with torches
Report - Tell a manager that you have moved out (thesillychicken or vantes)

4. Vandalism
What happens if you see someone destroying the mall. We ask of you to Keep low AND modreq. This will help the server mods evermore when filling a modreq. Please do not come in contact with a griefer we don’t want you getting in trouble.

5. Getting kicked out!
At The Mirage Mall we have very high standards. Please don't do the following or it will get you kicked out.
1. Have misleading signs that don’t do as advertised
2. Letting your shop go down hill (ie Not keeping it stocked)
3. Prices are severely off from market price.
4. Not following design guide lines. (Please talk to managers for questions.)
5. Griefing

6. Other
1. You have 14 days to open your shop from the time you have put a closed for renovations sign up
2. The use of item frames and paintings are banned!
