I know this isn't exactly in your "area" but I posted some signs in front of his land that is mostly abandoned. Anyone know what the status of this area is? I'd like to claim it if no one is using it.

I bought Mike's farm for $2,500 a couple weeks ago, it will be integrated to the Mirage District.
Chicken and I are formulating plans for this lot, it will be part of the ongoing Mirage District Expansion and a possible location for SGS World Headquarters.
According to the screenshot it was purchased on 11/1/12 to be exact.
