Halloween Decorations

Postby SkyerCorp » 07 Nov 2013, 16:08

They were great to look at and everyone who decorated did wonderfully to get into the spirit of Halloween. Now, it's time to take them down. (You, too, Timberwolf1777). :D

Heh ... Why? Server reset = Auto Halloween mess cleanup

In real life, if a town is about it get wiped off the map by a hurricane, no one cares if the neighbor left their holiday decorations up too long because they evacuated early. Everyone just gets the heck out of town asap. :P

If the decorations need to be removed for some reason I am unaware of, I give permission to Warriorbox and/or Dragonofhalo312 to deconstruct them. They both have region access.

It is for the same reason some cultures dress the dead before open casket funerals. It the last chance to look our very best before drifting away into eternity.

A valid point. But as I have no future with TWiTCraft and the now real Citadel build that I am still working on (Skytram is finally gone!) only currently exists in a 1.6.4 server environment on my desktop, cleaning up that old TWiTCraft one in preparation for drifiting away into eternity, isn't something I have any interest in. My home is in a new world and I am continuing the good work there rather than let it drift away.

If it is an important point for you Skyer, next time I'm on (which may be a bit as I am out of town for work), I can add you to the region so you can dismantle the skull. Just be careful of the lava!!! The lava source blocks are at the top of the skull (I think theres maybe 11 of them? I forget) under the middle row of blocks right under the horns.

Skyer,

I can't seem to log in to TWiTCraft so please ask a mod to add you as a member to the citadel region if you still want to remove the skull. The region name is my username (timberwolf1777). Good Luck.

R.I.P. TWiTCraft as these days, you seem dead.

Good luck to you all.

The activity on the server now was just like when we were one version back last time. I think it was late spring/early summer when we were on 1.5.2 but the latest vesion was 1.6.2.
