I'm just going to say, just to warn everybody, most likely when this launches you'll see our temp names, but don't be dissapointed, those will get changed once we decide on better names. Idk if the mv anchors can be easily renamed, it may be that we'd have to redo those (or we could leave them, there are separate signs that say the names in more human readable format)

What are the temp names you are talking about?

Stuff is happening and almost done! :D

I just want to thank the guys that have been working on the cities. They look fantastic and you did an excellent job.

As for the names of the cities, these are my opinions, ordered as they appear in the imgur album.
1. Either Sundale or Eureka (Love that show)
2. Greyfort
3. NeoLeoville (Not joking)

And I would also like to throw out that I have every intention of working on the Netherroad for the 1.7 update, and it will be in a very similar format to what it is currently. Or was. Whatever.

So happy to see Twit almost ready :D

I second what DragonofHalo said - Helicologo and I peeked at the map earlier tonight, and saw Vantes and Blender working busily away, even on a holiday weekend - thanks guys!!

And NeoLeoVille is a great idea - keeps the name of the Spawn point consistent while still adding a new zip :)

The names that I quickly put while building the lobby basically as placeholders (and they are used in other places, like portal signs, and region greetings, only so they say something).

And if for some reason you want them specifically.

They are Old Leoville, Mondernopolis, Sci-Fi Land, Medieval City, and TWiTVille (seriously I put no effort or care in to those because they weren't meant to stay, TWiTville is terrible, and we had already been calling it NeoLeoville)

Also, I'm okay with Argon City for the sci-fi city.

I do think depending on the names, the signs should say the official city name, and then we'd also list the direction on the map (NE,SE,SW,NW), and then just a word to describe the style (Modern, Sci-Fi, and Medieval, old leoville doesn't really need one, but it could be Nostalgia), just in case we use references people don't get.

Stupid question... 1.7.2 or 1.7.4? Not sure what the server package is up to yet.

It probably 1.7.2 since bukkit has not got a 1.7.4 version but since 1.7.4 version is mainly client side it is compatible with 1.7.2 servers

Approved, as long as the main street is called "Accumulation Street". ;)

Also, "Argon City" sounds great. "Eureka" is OK as well. I'm still partial to my "Oakvale" suggestion, but apparently the bitter taste of Peter Molyneux's broken promises in regards to the "Fable" video game series is still stuck in your mouths... ;)

Hi, PA! Long time, no type to! :)

Great ideas, everyone!!

I'm cheering on NeoLeoville for the main city, Oakvale for northeast, definitely Fort something for northwest...
... and I am admittedly biased toward Eureka for southwest and Argon City for the southeast sci-fi desert one :)

"In other news, the TWiTCraft Mod Team announced that the server is now back online. Due to silly questions best left unasked, the server has now instituted a white list. Fear not, fellow TWiTers! The only player not on the white list? blackniph99. Now over to Gooblerz with the weather."

:end voice:

NO, IT'S NOT UP YET. It'll get done when it gets done. Stop asking. ;)

EDIT: BTW, Lucky Post #600!!! WOOT WOOT!!!

The weather today as it is brought to us by our almighty mods is sunny and clear with a 30% chance of TWiTCraft.

I was just wondering what does it say when you try to join the server it says "Connection Refused" for me and I was worried because I have another server that I know is up but says the same thing and I can't join... So just worried that it's happening with TWiTCraft too.

TWiTCraft is not up yet, no need to worry. Maybe try to restart your Minecraft for that issue with that other server?
