Horse Armour

I am going to keep this short.

With the Stables Plugin installed and working ie. players are able to craft name tags, to protect their horses/donkeys, I was hoping that the same can be enabled in regards to crafting armour and saddles.

Our current take on the additions that's stables can add is to leave everything off. We only picked up the additional plugin due to the rampant horse griefing and the subsequent time it was taking to ban and answer modreqs. Name tag crafting is on due to that being the way to actually claim and protect your horse.

The decision isn't permanent and if its determined better for the server we can always add the other stuff later. Tho after talking with a few players and mods there doesn't seem to be any lack of saddles and whatnot that would warrant altering a core function of the game.

Yep! If players took their initial balance/daily ATM money they could buy multiple saddles for a modest amount. Horse armor requires a little saving/earning or exploration in resource, but it's not hard to get either. Just takes a little effort.

I have no problem with players being able to craft saddles and/or horse armor. But I also like the FTB-esque philosophy where everything can be crafted.

I recently found where the game generates tons of horse armor so I dropped my price on it accordingly...

Lets not have it craftable. It is common enough that I can get a bunch & I think it should still be a rare chest only item.
