Taking a Break

Postby DragonofHalo » 13 May 2013, 13:50

Just a heads-up:
I'm not going to be online very much in the next couple weeks. Lots of end of school stuff coming up, need to help my mother with work, etc, etc.

If something that I'm responsible for explodes in the time that I'm gone, send a private message on here. I'll get to it when I can.

I'll be back soon-ish, latest being mid-June.

Thank you Min- er, Assistant. I know that the lair is in good hands. You know where the Poster-Defense system supplies are and how to set them up, right? :)

I taught you well in the ways of Science. You make me so proud.
Oh, and please make sure that the cows are in obsidian boxes. I don't want to have to lure more down there once the lair is safe for habitation again.
Fun fact: obsidian is one of the few substances that is almost impervious to radiation. :D

Again.

Hate to spend time away from my favorite server, but Halo sucked me back in and a friend of mine has been wanting me to play Battlefield. I try to check my messages daily... but I'm more than likely not going to be in game for quite some time.

Nah, I think he needs to start a GeoCities page.

:realizes most of the kids here aren't going to get that joke and dies a little... on the inside:

EDIT: I was at my niece's b-day and then my sister's place all weekend. Good News: I got a free recliner! Bad News: I had to spend the rest of Sunday carrying it inside by myself and then rearranging all of my furniture so it would fit. My poor PC has been banished to the bedroom, but the layout looks a lot better overall.

Hehehe

I'm sure we've all got a geocities page floating about somewhere just riddled with angst.

Also, does the recliner have a beer holder? That term is a make or break condition.

Does the bot run on beer? or on the harder stuff such as 'shine?

Hahaha. Every time you two start talking about beer or commies or robots, etc, the thread gets derailed, robbed at gunpoint, kidnapped, then held for ransom! :D

Goobs, I'm afraid the 'shine might be too strong. The high level of alcohol would eat at the rubber tubing and ruin the hydraulic lines... It could be fueled via some sort of internal combustion engine, I suppose, but look at what ethanol is doing to automobile engines already. I'd hate to have to bury Booze Bot 9000 before his time!

Timber, I prefer to think of it as a slight detour. You get to your destination eventually.. ;p

True.... but, rubber was made to be replaced ;). something tells me Booze Bot 9000 will be far easier to reseal than say, a Chevy. lol

And Timer, we're slowly getting to the point where we will create a commie robot who dispenses beer, all to link back to the the topic because such a thing would require SCIENCE! we would need to utilize Dragon's cave.
