i thought i knew the names of all the machines, even if i dont know how to make a given one or another

its a machine that is like a grinder but you do nothing except go around in a circle on a minecart. It requires you do to nothing and you get supplies from it. Those supplies can then be sold to people or to twitmart for money. People have been perm banned for using these machines in the past.
