I am attempting to sign in to the In GAme Chat, but no matter what I do, It will not log in.

Do you mean the IRC server integrated with TWiTCraft?

Are you trying to sign in from home, or from work/school? It's possible your firewall is blocking something, for instance I can log in just fine from home, but not at all from work, even though it seems like it's trying.
