Issues with v1.3.1
I'm getting this screen whenever I try to login after updating to the v1.3.1 client. I even went as far as deleting my .minecraft folder from %appdata% and re-installing. Anyone else getting this issue?
Here's the error:

Internal exception: java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

If we were running a vanilla server it would be trivial to upgrade, but we are not. TWiTCrarft runs the CraftBukkit server software. There is a 1.3.1 (no longer even the latest version) recommended build for CraftBukkit now available, so my guess would be we're waiting on plugins to update and everything to be tested. The server runs a number of plugin that all need to be updated and confirmed stable before the server gets updated.

This, the main thing is stability of 1.3, which hasn't been good so far (for example nether bug and reportings of worse performance). Also Curley the server admin's main computer was out of service for a while so he couldn't really test 1.3 stuff.

Re: Issues with v1.3.1
been testing out stuff here and there since i got my computer's motherboard back and things are looking promising. I did most of the testing with the R1 release of 1.3.1 (the one with the nether bug and lag spikes every 1-2 mins) and it seemed promising, a lot of the plugin devs did a good job, others maybe not so much.
1.3.1 R2 was just release a day or so ago and that's what i'll be building towards, right now i was waiting on the sk89q plugins (worldedit, worldguard, etc) to be updated and if i recall from twitter he stated he was planning on doing a big 1.3 push to all his plugins.
also if you noticed 1.3.2 vanilla was release (thanks _jeb), evilsephs stance if i recall was that they're not even working on it yet, they'd rather get 1.3.1 stable first. not a big deal because 1.3.2 clients can connect to 1.3.1
all in all, have no fear, it's coming along.

Re: Issues with v1.3.1
Thanks for the update. I haven't even checked out 1.3 locally yet.
