I don't think its possible to have lots next to spawn. All pieces of land have been taken by people who come often now. Just saying

Well we are going to be a compny that helps Diamond Athra,Twit and loads of other stuff! if you want to join us on out adventure of finding our HQ then we are happy I will pay you 50c to get me some fine land!.

Isn't your headquarters in the diamond town? Because it should be built there.

Right now I and zog011 are making a building for DayGlow In. and sorry to tell you, but I took the last bit of land that is left next to leoville.
