Curley: Red Graph in/near Flea Market

I'm getting slow rendering in the flea market and I'm wondering what's causing this. I'm looking to open the new expansion very soon to the Flea Market but this issue is puzzling me. Any help would be super. Thanks

We haven't exactly been able to figure that out. It's not just that area, there's a few known "pockets" in all the worlds that cause client side lag (even causing some lower end computers to outright lock up), just leaving (or getting teleported out) solves the issue as long as you don't go back in. Took me awhile to notice these cause my computer doesn't suffer at all in those location and I had to test it with another machine.

All the data I have found so far points to lighting bug issue within the new anvil chunk format and i've been experimenting with some remedies. As of my last test the fixer for said lighting errors was not fully ready for 1.2.5r5.0 so even tho it didn't work I have faith enough to give it another try. Do me a favor and mark down those coordinates for me or maybe make a modreq in that area and say leave for curley or something so I can pop over to it. Thanks mate!

Could it have to do with lots of people having /cprivate chests in the FM?

I'll be posting a video here tonight to show you the graph and the location where this is occurring.

its a pretty massive slowdown for me aswell, in that area.

and also in the area where there used to be a big shop (83, 328).

While tunneling to the Rail line under flea market along the Leoville line, I heard alot of spiders in the wall at lvl 16, Not sure if there is a spawner in that area and causing the slow down.

Do to my PC issues I've yet to record a demo. I'm going to try again tonight and see what happens. I had many BSODs when trying it a few nights ago and tested out my hardware the rest of the night.

there was a spawner under sgtdutchy's old tree house in a cave, if i find it i will put in a modreq and then that area can be checked against the lag.

i couldn't find the spawner under SGTDutchy's Tree House but i did submit 2 modreqs. 1 where i hit a sputter in the tunnel from GCS to FM. 2 where i heard a lot of spiders in the walls falling. for the spiders i checked various spots on the one wall. didn't check the roof and i couldn't check the other wall someones region protects it. the floor is only a couple blocks from a huge open space with bedrock fog but I've been in there and seen no mobs as it is actually well lit. i noticed the area in-front of the GCS all the way over to the evil tower shop seems to be the area effected.
