I am looking for a good builder that has much experience too build me a fine mansion. If you are a experienced, advanced, detail, overall a great builder then this is the job for you.

Details:
1st floor: 2 living rooms, 1 bathroom, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen and a stair case to the second floor.

2nd floor: 1 bathroom, 1 office room (kinda big), 1 living room, 1 balcony.

3rd floor: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (connected to bedroom), another bedroom with no bathroom, 1 living room, 1 balcony, 1 office area.

There is no interior decorating included leave that to me. I expect a roof too, no flat roof crap. And please build it out of clay and quartz if possible. No materials are provided. If I am satisfied, there will be a pay out of $8000. Thank you.

I have a supply of orange stained clay, regular hardened clay, and several other colors of clay in case whoever wants the job needs it. Price would be pretty cheap since I am looking to get rid of the stuff.

You walk in and see a mudroom AkA Armory,Then open the door and see The living room/Kitchen Then next the the large staircase a 2/2 door leading to the seconed living room

Gracy, I've looked at your builds, and you need to improve on them. Right now, you are trying to build a big house which I applied to build but then denied due to the lack of projects I need to finish. What I would do is to look at his type of house he wants the builder to build. Also, make a model before you build it so that you get the idea of what it's going to look like, not some old random box full of wood, but add detail, make it big, and make your terrain flat for the build.

After reading what you posted grace, I'm might apply again to 5murg's build.

ok i will rephrase mine a little bit. because what you said goldengrace is not a blueprint it is just describing what your design would look like. so i will give this advice, just make a prototype either in flatland or in a single player world (make sure it is 1.7.2 as that is the server settings) and then submit some pics for 5murg11 to see.
