It might help people if you post what sort of tasks they will need to do in order to earn said coinage. Job descriptions always help. Not just you, but the potential "employee" as well.

From an employees perspective on DayGlow Industries I say that this is a very good company to work for. It's well organized, pays pretty good, and the owner's name is Diego who can beat that?
