Absolutely. If you want to build one more than one (connected) plot, however, there is a fee.

Update: Rules have been updated. If you need to expand, please PM me here or post it on this thread. I will try to check it daily. I apologize for not being active. I have recently graduated and I am currently looking for a job, which takes up most of my time. Thank you for your patience. Also, I am mostly on during the evening when I am on.
