Eviction Notice: Flubber8100

It saddens me to do this, but I'm afraid there is no other option. Flubber8100 is a new resident to Sky5 that has demonstrated an utter lack of understanding of the rules of our fair city. They have taken over no less than 5 residential lots, destroyed multiple fence posts, placed fences in locations where they should not be, conjoined multiple lots, and gained entry into an area designated as temporarily off-limits. And for some reason, they felt it necessary to start their own sheep farm (taken from the Sky5 stocks, no doubt) on two of the lots they took over, filling it with several dozen sheep.

Flubber8100 has 7 days from the time of this posting to remove their belongings from their lot in Sky5 before I demolish anything left.

Having given flubber8100 a second and even third chance, I am re-instating my eviction notice. I even spoke to him in-game and told him it was his final warning, yet he has ignored the building rules yet again and gone so far as to keep building in violation of the rules. Flubber8100 is being evicted from the city for good.
