One idea I had about certain areas would be, zoning like one area could be zoned for personal homes one could be apartments one could be commercial areas and one section could be devoted to buildings used to govern. Not for the entire map but maybe for Leoville and some of the immediate areas around it. This would be completely voluntary based on area mayors or "supervisors" and/or a community vote. basically the only difference between these and some of the preexisting rules would that they would be a standard set of regulations that can be reinforced by moderators.

The other big idea I had would be a server wide Chamber of Commerce with members paying dues to the chamber and the chamber sponsoring events and "sales" (i.e. bought/donated from member stores and sold at a special time restricted price) as well as contributing to charitable projects via SGS foundation and DOT as well as the normal functions like advertising and allowing consumers to know that a member shop isn't a sketchy fly by night shop.
