Spleef Plugins?

I have gotten several requests for a spleef arena in Sky Five City. Before I started construction on anything, has any thought been given to using a spleef bukkit plugin? Don't want to build an arena only to need to rebuild it later. For the record, I have not actually played spleef (though I watched it live a couple times) and don't know which plugin is the best.

Actually, TWiTCraft could really benefit from War, that way we could have fully automated Spleef, Capture the Flag, PVP and other types of arenas.

I remember talking about it before TWiTCraft was actually planned, but have no idea what came of those ideas. I'm sure the guys are working on an awesome implementation of PVP somewhere though.
