Donation Signs in leoville

This week i was talking to danielf847 and he had mentioned that he/they are unsure of where to put signs for accepting donations for Pod Sixia. I know DoT has various signs around and people can always contact someone in the DoT and donate items. What if there was a board in Leoville that mods could put up signs for various cities, towns or community projects to accept donations at. I know demonfive doesn't love getting spammed by TWiTMart sales but what if the people from these organizations had to link there own sign after it is placed.

This could be something you could put in the town hall maybe? Since it really doesn't have much of a function.

Perhaps the DoT could put donate signs in each major hub? Agreed that each town/city should have their own donation areas within the city. That being said, because Pod Six is so far from the rest of the world, I would be fine putting a donation sign for it in Sky5. This isn't to say every town will have a donation sign in the Sky5 city hall, but if a person wants to have a donate sign on their own lot, I'm fine with that.

I have no problem putting up donation signs for other areas in the Flea Market as long as other areas have donation signs for my projects also.

What would you guys think of a system where you can rent a sign on the board in the middle of Leoville? It could be something like you pay 500c, and you get a sign with whatever you want on it for a month. Once the board is full, no more signs can be rented until one gets taken down.
