New Player Chat Message

I like to welcome new players and so do other people, but you don't know who's going to come on! So I think by adding a Welcome Message would be great!

But I think the rules link/message itself needs additional formatting, such as bold underline.

I get the impression Jaggwagg means something more along the lines of a message in chat that announces a new player to the community after they enter the password. Such as "<Newplayer> has correctly entered the password and joined TwitCraft." and we can all say "Welcome to TwitCraft, don't end up on the plank of shame, and be sure to visit my trade stall east of Sci-Fi City."

Yes, that is exactly what I mean. When new players enter there passwords, it announce new people!
