As long as you follow the rules, you're pretty much good to go.

Just please do not build in areas that have signs claiming the land. Best bet is to go to one of the corner towns instead of trying to find land around central spawn.

Sorry, but As my knowledge to that question, if you want to join a community project thats public sure, if private, don't beg, but if you want to build server stuff, to that is a no. It's just because we can't have those permissions and only mods can do it, and also they cannot op people for just 5 mins or it will be trouble. And spawn projects are for mods too. It's all about trust, know mods by person, and etc that I don't know and know.

if you have an idea for something in spawn go to flatland build it there then tell a mod about it and if they like it enough maybe they will incorporate it into the spawn design. that is the only thing i can think of.

But just to end this thread, I it nice to have a server with tons of great creativity and building skills, but it's really displeased to see houses out of just 1 block AKA Noob House, and the lack of greafing around the map. Be nice, kind, and craft! Have fun everyone!
